The environment surrounding our society is changing every minute, and business also needs to evolve in step with these changes in the societal environment. MPS uses its networks with various industries and financial institutions to provide total support at all stages from the formation of schemes for new projects, to financing, development, and operation. We create business with high profitability that are in line with current trends.

  Example

  The need for solar power generation has risen due in part to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Given such historical backdrop, we have proposed a business model under which 1) a fund is established, with institutional investors as subscribers, to serve as a project entity, 2) MPS is entrusted from the fund with the development and operation of projects and constructs solar power generation plants on unused land owned by companies, local governments, and individuals, and 3) profits obtained from the sale of the electricity to electric power companies under the feed-in tariff system are distributed to the institutional investors as dividends. As a total coordinator for the creation of the project, MPS is involved in the development and operation of projects by bringing together finance and real estate companies, EPC and O&M contractors, and electric power companies, as well as government officials involved in the issuance of permits.
